The Women's Therapy Group is a safe space for women to not only share their hopes and dreams for success but also to discuss their fears in working toward success. This year's group will focus on 10 skills to enhance your ability to reach attainable and sustainable life goals. We will discuss stress management, mindfulness, effective communication, "window of tolerance", barriers to success, our core beliefs, our character strengths, positive cognitive schemas, understanding the power of gratitude, and cultivating positive relationships.

For 2019 the Women's Therapy Group will meet once a month every first Thursday of each month from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. The cost is $75.00 per group. You may purchase a 5 group purchase card for $325.00.
